There's a moment most families know well.

It's 6pm. Dinner needs to happen, the laundry has been sitting in the dryer since Tuesday, the kids need baths, your inbox is full, and somewhere in the back of your mind you're already dreading tomorrow's version of today. You're not failing. You're just human, with not enough hours and too many things pulling at you at once.

I saw this up close for years.

I spent over five years as a nanny, inside the daily reality of busy family life. I wasn't watching from the outside, I was in it. I saw what happened when parents left for work already overwhelmed. I saw the mental load that followed them out the door. And I saw something that stayed with me: even with a full-time nanny in the home, there still wasn't enough time. Because my job was the children. The laundry, the pantry, the household tasks quietly piling up, those still fell on already-exhausted parents at the end of an already-long day.

I also have sisters who are new moms. I've heard firsthand what they wish they had - not just help with the baby, but help with everything around the baby. The stuff that doesn't stop just because life just got harder.

Omni Reset was born from all of that. From years of seeing exactly where families struggle, from the conversations I've had with real people in the thick of it, and from a deep belief that you shouldn't have to choose between a functioning home and actually living your life.

This service exists because I've seen the gap and I built something to fill it.
